This license is intended for personal
use that does not generate income and is not related to your profession.
- Use the item however you want for
personal use (personal craft projects, etc.). attribution is not required
(though always appreciated).
- Use these products to create your own
scrapbook pages, projects, cards and gifts.
- Alter, modify, recolour and resize these
products for your own PERSONAL use.
- Print or have printed these products for
your own PERSONAL use.
- Display your finished creations online
at a size no greater than 600px (72dpi) for web viewing purposes only.
- Copy these files to a CD/DVD or external
hard drive that is owned and used expressly by you for backup or archival
purposes.
- Use the item for commercial purposes
(anything where you make money or related to your profession).
- Distribute the item directly to others.
- Share, loan, trade, resell, or
distribute these products.
- Upload these products to any
file-sharing websites for any purpose.
- Alter or modify these products and claim
them as your own designs.
- Create derivative works from these
products for the purpose of resale or distribution.
- Create templates of any kind for the
purpose of sharing or selling.
- Use these products to make of brushes,
tubes or patterns for resale or distribution.
- Make copies of these products other than
for personal backup or archival purposes.
- Print or have printed these products for
sale or distribution via the internet, retail locations or any other
venue.
- Use these products for commercial use
without a commercial license.
- Use my Graphics in scrapbooks for others when
you are hired by a person to make a scrapbook for them, and it can be done
either digitally or on a CD, printed or hardcover.
- Create quick pages and digital photo albums
for your client, but the final product you provide to your client must be
in a flattened format, either printed or in an electronic single layered
file and saved as either PNG or JPG, no PDS files or individual elements
or papers with no transparency or options for reusing in any method for
any commercial or professional manner. Your client is not granted to
redistribute any of the files themselves for any commercial or
professional use way.
You May Not:
- Use my designs/graphics to create or design
websites, blog headers etc.
- Add to or alter the graphics in any way and
claim them as your own.
- Create brushes, actions, pre-sets, digital
textures, cutting files, templates, page templates, quick pages, etc. and
redistribute them in any way.
- Use my designs in any circumstance where
the end consumer of the designs will be able to modify, reproduce,
distribute, or sell the designs.
- Use my designs for ‘print-on-demand type
listings on sites such as Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Cafe Press, Big
Cartel, Minted, blog shops, etc.
- Print out kits, papers elements and sell them
in a store or online.
- Repackage, resell or redistribute any of
my designs in part or whole.
- Use my designs to create and resell or
redistribute other commercial use products, digital scrapbook products or
any derivatives or altered versions – unless it is specifically mentioned,
my designs are NOT materials for other digital scrapbook designers.
- Use my designs for any pornographic,
racial or other offensive purposes.
I certainly understand that it
is not always possible to give credit, and credit is not required, but it is
always welcome.
